How long will I have access to the content?
As long as you are an active Microdairy Membership member, you will have access to all of your videos as they are released! This means that you can watch and re-watch video teachings, Live Q+A sessions and Zoom Calls whenever you like!
Will I be able to have my questions answered?
Yes, by showing up to monthly LIVE Q+A calls, we will answer as many questions as possible in the 1 hour call. In addition, you can ask questions and we will be available at least weekly in the private FB group to answer questions and offer guidance.
Is this refundable?
Microdairy Memberships are nonrefundable or exchangeable since you will have access to the content. However, you can cancel at anytime without penalty by emailing us!
Will I have access to previous content when I join?
Yes, active Microdairy Membership members have exclusive access to all prior video teachings, calls, Q+A! These videos are accessible as long as your membership remains active.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime, just send us an email to hello@lanesendcreamery.com. There is no contract or long-term commitment. If you do choose to cancel you will no longer have access to the videos/downloads in your library. If you choose to cancel and then rejoin at a later date, your previous content will be reactivated in your membership at that time.
What if I only sell raw milk? Will this benefit me?
In addition to basic dairy farming questions, breeding and herd management information and general direct-to-consumer sales strategy and trainings, we plan to offer interviews with other famers, including raw milk farmers!
