Who are we to teach you all of this?

Jesse was raised on a traditional commodity-producing dairy farm, which unfortunately had to sell in 2014 after injury and financial difficulties brought hard times. Jesse was devastated to lose his family farm. So, he bought 2 heifer calves from his herd's lineage before the auction and was determined to find a new way forward in the business of dairy farming.


On just 20 acres, we started our dairy when our first cow, Buttercup, freshened in 2019. After building a small barn addition and adding a small creamery with a $30k investment, Lane's End Farm Creamery was born.


Fast forward to 2023, what started as a hobby had quickly grown to milking 10 cows and replacing Jesse's off-farm job with ease. We built a beautiful farm to consumer relationship with our community and have sold all of our milk directly from our farm as fluid milk, yogurt and gelato.

We've made it our personal mission to share the success of the Microdairy and on-farm
creamery model. We're here to show you the way.
